we learned a new move in pole today which was basically bow pose (dhanurasana) on the pole.  you support yourself on the pole by tucking the pole in one armpit & against your side.  it hurt like a bitch but it was really fun to execute!  wish i could find a picture of it on a pole but no dice.  if i get good enough to hold it for a while, i’ll try to remember to take a picture of me doing it!
on a side note, i really need to practice at home more often - the few months break i took made my skin all tender again.  now every inversion feel like it’s ripping my flesh right off the bone… blech.  luckily i’m not forming any awkward looking bruises yet!
